Men's Bocce Shoes | Home » » adidas Men's Smith Millennium Tennis Shoe | | | | | | | Description: | | The shoe masters at adidas have once again blessed us with a stylish take on the classic Stan Smith style with the adidas Smith Millennium men's tennis shoes. The Stan Smith was introduced in 1965 as the first all-leather tennis shoe. It was originally endorsed by Robert Haillet, but as change is inevitable, in 1971 it was renamed after tennis great, Stan Smith. Since then it has become one of the best selling shoes of all time, as well as one of adidas' favorite kicks to reinvent from time to time. The adidas Smith Millennium men's tennis shoes are yet another fine example of how a touch of creativity can revitalize a classic. Not to mention, they're much more stylish than that spoiler your buddy put on his AMC Eagle. Some classics are just better left alone. | | | Features: | |
• Injected EVA midsole and insole for long-term lightweight cushioning and comfort
• Non-marking outsole

Comfortable, but shoddy workmanshipFeb 14, 2007
By V. Jan Bought a pair of these shoes a few years ago, thinking that they might be an improvement over the original Stan Smiths, which I'd been wearing for years.
It's a very comfortable shoe, lightweight with adequate support but the seams started to split on the show (left shoe, inner side, on the upper) long before the sole started to wear out. Having literally gone through over a dozen pairs of the original Stan Smiths, I'd always worn out the soles long before the uppers wore out. It was a disappointment to have to throw out the Millennium version while there was still plenty of tread on the soles. Am back to wearing the original Stan Smiths, and Rod Lavers.
The classic name in tennis shoesApr 29, 2012
By Kory007 I have owned several pairs of the Stan Smith line. Classic look and comfort. Would purchase again when they wear out.
Very confortable, extremely friendly shoesJun 12, 2008
By Ionut Stanescu Nothing to describe. Are one of the best pair of shoes that I ever wear, light and confortable.
Cushiony But Poorly MadeApr 11, 2008

I have owned a few of these shoes and appears each one is made by someone on the line who can't put a shoe together. Either the tip of the toe separates from the sole's tip or the toungue of the shoe is offset, or in this case the shoe has an oblonged look like that of a whale. I give it two because its comfy and don't care too much if all I do is use these to work out in the garden. There are many other shoes I've read reviews on that are as comfy and not as poorly made.
